rfm의 모든 제품은 스튜디오 내에서 전 과정 수작업으로 제작됩니다. 제조과정 중에 발생할 수 있는 현상은 제품의 하자 및 불량의 대상이 아니므로 교환 및 반품이 불가합니다. (제작 공정 중 생긴 작은 요철이나 돌기, 가마 소성 과정에서 발생한 공기구멍, 유약, 기물 속 철 성분으로 인한 검은 반점, 시유 과정에서 생기는 유약의 흐름이나 뭉침, 제품의 크기와 형태, 톤과 기울기의 미세한 차이, 제품 바닥면의 찍힘 자국이나 약간의 스크래치) 머그의 바닥과 손잡이 아랫부분은 가마 고온(1250도) 소성시 내화판에 붙지 않도록 유약이 닦여 있습니다. 손잡이 아래쪽 작은 구멍은 숨구멍으로 가마 안에서 터지는 것을 방지하기 위한 장치입니다.
All products of rfm are hand-made in our studio. Our pieces from porcelain clay are casted in handmade moulds. (Small irregularities or bumps during the production, Air holes generated by kiln firing, Black spots arising out of iron in the glaze and clay, The flow or clumping of the glaze, Subtle differences in product size, shape, tone and inclination, Slight scratches or flaws on the bottom)
전자레인지와 식기세척기에서 사용 가능합니다. 급격한 온도 변화는 강한 충격을 일으켜 균열의 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 세척 시 부드러운 스펀지를 사용합니다. 나이프, 포크와 같은 날카로운 도구의 사용을 자제합니다. 잦은 충돌은 파손을 발생합니다. 제품 사용 시 바닥면에 생기는 얼룩은 매직블럭으로 닦아 제거합니다.
Microwave and dishwasher safe. Sudden temperature changes can cause major shocks and result in cracking. When washing mugs, use a soft sponge. Avoid using sharp cutlery. Mugs are easy to break by frequent clashes when using the products. The stain on the bottom is removed by wiping them off with a magic block.

제품 수령일로부터 7일 이내 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다. 제품 교환 및 반품은 1:1 게시판에 문의 바랍니다. 제품 이상에 의한 교환 및 반품 비용은 rfm이 부담합니다. 단순 변심에 의한 교환 및 반품의 경우는 고객이 왕복 택배비를 지불합니다. 제품을 수령 후 7일이 경과한 경우, 제품을 사용한 경우, 고객의 부주의로 인해 파손된 경우 교환, 반품 사유가 되지 않습니다. 모니터의 해상도와 컴퓨터의 기종에 따라 화면에서 보이는 색상은 다를 수 있으므로 이는 교환, 반품 사유가 되지 않습니다.

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
